2. Travel Reimbursement
In general, HASYLAB cannot support travel expenses of users who perform experiments at HASYLAB, but there are exceptions for users from German universities and from EU countries. It is a condition precedent to reimbursement that your research proposal has been reviewed by one of the HASYLAB Project Review Panels (PRPs) and that you received beamtime.

Please note: an application for travel reimbursement in advance is necessary!
German Users (from Universities)
Additional limited funds are available for German user groups (mainly from universities) whose synchrotron radiation or FEL research at HASYLAB is not supported by any other sources.
