6. Publication Policy

Please note: The use of the facilities are only free of charge if you publish the results from your experiments at DESY e.g. in reviewed journals. There are special rules for industrial cooperations concerning a delayed publication.

IMPORTANT: Acknowledgement to HASYLAB/DESY

When writing publications based on research carried out fully or partially at DESY photon sources, the following note

"Portions of this research were carried out at the light source N.N. ^* at DESY, a member of the Helmholtz Association (HGF). We would like to thank N.N.^** for assistance in using beamline N.N.^***."

is expected to appear in the acknowledgement, indicating the station(s) used and any other assistance as appropriate, e.g. EU contract numbers (Info for EU users (Reporting Requirements) .
