7. Acceptance of Projects

The HASYLAB Management, in agreement with the Research Project Review Panels (PRPs), accepts projects according to the DESY-guidelines for the acceptance period. The HASYLAB Management informs the applicant about the acceptance of the research proposal and its ranking - usually 1-2 weeks after the last PRP meeting(s) by mail.

In urgent cases, exciting test-experiments can be accepted on short notice by the HASYLAB Management.

You can apply for beamtime at HASYLAB only if your project has been accepted.
